What we collect

MakeQRCode.app generates QR codes in your browser. We do not require an account to use the generator.

• QR content / URLs: We do not store the URLs you enter on our servers. The QR image is generated and downloaded by you.
• Server logs: Like most websites, our hosting provider may record basic logs (e.g., IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and reliability.

Analytics

If we enable Google Analytics (or similar), it may collect usage information such as pageviews and device/browser details. You can use browser controls or extensions to limit tracking.

Advertising

If we enable Google AdSense (or similar), ads may use cookies or device identifiers to measure performance and show relevant ads. You can manage ad personalization in your Google ad settings or via your browser's privacy controls.

Cookies

We use a small local setting to remember your theme preference (light/dark). Advertising/analytics providers may set additional cookies if enabled.
