Note: heavily rounded corners may reduce scannability on very small prints.
3D Printing Tips
- 🎨 Use high-contrast filament combos — white base + black modules is most reliable.
- ⏸️ Set a filament swap/pause at layer 5 (the base-to-module transition). Your slicer shows exact layer numbers.
- 📐 Don't go smaller than 40mm — modules get too tiny for FDM nozzles to print cleanly.
- 🔍 Always test-scan in your slicer preview before printing. Rotate to top-down view.
- 🚫 Avoid glossy or reflective filaments — matte surfaces scan much more reliably.

Which format should I use?
3MF embeds 2 color assignments — Bambu Studio and PrusaSlicer auto-detect them and set up the material swap for you. STL is a single mesh; you add a filament-change pause manually in your slicer at the layer shown below.
Estimated print size: 60 × 60 mm
Base: 2.0 mm + Modules: 1.2 mm = 3.2 mm total
